Community Welfare consists of a collection of initiatives, advantages, and services that assist individuals in fulfilling their essential social, economic, educational, and health requirements that are crucial for the preservation of society. For the purpose, Prefab Services (Pvt) Ltd has established a registered Trust name as "Sultan Rafiq Trust" which came into being on 09 September 2020 with registration # 29423-Copr.

Naseem Akhtar Welfare Medical Center

The primary initiative of “Sultan Rafiq Trust” is “Naseem Hospital,” aimed at offering complimentary healthcare services to the underprivileged community that is reachable, economical, and enduring in the region. A team of highly skilled and respected medical professionals, who specialize in their respective areas, are present to attend to the daily OPDs. A significant number of individuals in the community benefit from the support of "Sultan Rafiq Trust" with quality medications at no cost.

Free Dispensary

A dedicated dispensary provides free first-aid, essential medicines, and quick medical support. It is accessible to all workers and nearby community members for basic healthcare needs.The dispensary ensures timely treatment, reducing downtime and improving overall well-being.

Quran Teaching Classes

Prefab conducts regular Quran classes for employees to support spiritual growth and moral development. These sessions create a peaceful environment and encourage positive values within the workforce. Qualified teachers guide staff members in recitation, understanding, and daily application.

Free Accommodation

We offer safe, clean, and comfortable free accommodation to all on-site workers. Rooms and shared living spaces are maintained to ensure a healthy and supportive environment. This helps employees focus on their work without worrying about housing expenses.

Subsidized Meals
